Wake Forest is two towns at once. Around downtown the houses are old, the plaster is original, and remodeling means working carefully around trim and details worth saving. Out in Heritage and the newer sections it is large houses with builder finishes and big yards that need fencing and grading.
Both get the same approach. Written scope, materials on site before demo, dust contained while you live in the house, and a walkthrough before the last invoice.
